Some fabrics also require special consideration. Heat-sensitive materials, specialty coatings and certain synthetic fabrics can react differently to the heat and pressure used during application. Exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed, and slight colour variation between production runs is normal. For projects with highly specific colour requirements, large quantities or specialized finishes, another printing method may be recommended.

Choose the Right File Type

One of the most common questions is whether PNG or PDF is better for DTF transfers. Both formats can work well, depending on the artwork.

PNG
