Welcome to The Imprinted Apparel Store, Serving Peterborough since 1999.

New owners, Clinton and Lesley Smith, took over in the fall of 2016.  Lesley grew up in the Peterborough area which is where the couple met and ultimately married at a small church in Millbrook.

The couple had worked in the GTA and lived in Durham region for the last 20 years. They maintained a cottage on Rice Lake, so they stayed connected to the area even after they left. Eager to come home they saw this business opportunity and they knew immediately that this was the right opportunity for them. 

The staff readily agreed to stay on with the new owners, making the transition seamless for the loyal customer base. Since the change of ownership, the focus has been on ensuring that they are producing the best quality possible and providing the highest level of service. They are committed to providing the best customer service experience for all their customers, regardless of size or how much they spend.

In addition to providing the services of custom decorated apparel, promotional products and trophies. They are also home to The Peterborough Curling shop, boasting the largest retail curling space from Scarborough to Kingston. They expanded the product lines to include the top 6 curling brands on the market.

To separate the two business streams, the curling shop is now branded under the Peterborough Curling Shop and has its own website dedicated to all things curling.  In the summer of 2019, they acquired Embroidery Plus from Bob & Kathy Clarke.

This strategic acquisition expanded the team, the number of embroidery heads and opened new opportunities in the contract decoration space. They now service customers all across Canada and into the USA.
